Chocolatetrail Tree Service is a referral service. We help homeowners find independent local tree providers. That is the whole job. We do not cut, climb, haul or grind anything. The providers in our network do the work, and they run their own businesses.
A good comparison is a neighbor who knows who to call. They do not fix your sink, but they know a plumber who will show up and explain the price.
A tree problem can feel confusing. Is it safe to wait? Can I trim it myself? Who should I trust with a chainsaw near my roof? Many busy households do not have time to research all of this.
So we explain the basics in plain words. We also try to make the next step easy. Ground first, then pro: we show what a person can safely do from the ground, and what needs trained people with proper gear.
You tell us about the tree, the location and what you hope to get done. We then connect you with providers in our network who work near you. Which providers are available can vary by town, season and the type of job.
A provider will usually ask a few questions, and may ask for photos. Then they can give you a written quote.
Providers in our network are independent contractors. We ask them to:
We cannot promise how any one job will go. That is why we suggest you ask for proof of insurance and compare more than one quote.
We do not perform tree work. We do not set prices. We do not decide which provider you must choose. We also do not make promises about insurance. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your own policy, and ask a provider whether they can help document damage for a claim.
To be open about it: Chocolatetrail Tree Service may receive payment from providers in our network when we send them a qualified request. That helps keep the site running. It does not change what we tell you about tree safety, and you are never pushed to accept a quote.
We know households are busy. When you talk to a provider, mention school runs, work hours, pets and parking. A good provider will try to plan the work so it disrupts your week as little as possible.
Ready to take the next step? Describe your tree and request an estimate. Quote before commitment: you can compare, ask questions and say no.
Would you rather talk first? Request a callback to check provider availability.
